Honour is a currency of heaven. Honour looks like highly esteeming, treasuring and respecting something or someone. God has bestowed honour on every person, because every individual is made in the image of God. While the bible also instructs us to honour our leaders, our rulers, our mothers and fathers and in doing so we are honour God and things will go well for us. Matthew 13:45-46, Luke 15:3–7, Luke 15:20, Mark 6:4, Matthew 10:40-42, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20,

Honour recognises and celebrates the diversity, strength and gold in people. It’s the ability to see, respect and value each person the way God sees them and created them to be. 1 Corinthians 12:14-26; 2 Corinthians 5:16-17; James 2:1-5; Philippians 2:3; 1 Samuel 24:1-10

Honour releases breakthrough. The level we honour impacts the level we receive. You receive an impartation from what you honour. Honour is given to those who lay down their lives in humility and in obedience to God. Jesus, laid down His life and was therefore exalted to the highest place above every name.Matthew 10:40-42; Philippians 2:1-4; 1 Corinthians 4:14-20; 2 Kings 4:8-37
